Falcons 13 Buccanners 16

RB Blount was impressive again for the Buccs
The Buccanners held on to snap their 5 game losing streak against the Falcons.  The Falcons had the bigger numbers, QB Matt Ryan threw for 330 yards and a TD, while the home town hero, Josh Freeman had just 180 yards, 0 TD's and 2 INT's.  So, how did the Buccs manage to pull this off?  Well the 2 fumbles lost by Ryan certainly didn't help, and the rushing ability of the ever improving Buccs RB LeGarrette Blount (81 yards) help seal the deal.  The Falcons went into the 4th quarter trailing 16 - 3, before a TD from TE Tony Gonzalez and a 33 yard FG brought them within 3.  The Buccs then had to try and run out the clock, and the play set up, 4th and 1 with just under 2 minutes left.  The Buccs got into run formation, and Freeman went with the hard count drawing the Falcons D Line offside.  This gave the Buccs the first down, and the win.  I'm starting to slightly worry about my Superbowl winning prediction, the Falcons, who are now 1 - 2.
