Hall of Fame Game.

Cowboys 16 - 7 Bengals!!



So as you can see from the highlights, the starters played for the first quarter, with the Cowboys offense impressing more than the Bengals offense did.  T.O though did manage 2 catches for 18 yards in his first game as a Bengal. 

There was drama on the opening drive of the game as the Cowboys drove the field, and got into a 1st and goal situation at the 5.  They handed the ball off to RB Felix Jones, who ran up the middle before getting hit and fumbling the ball.  The ball was recovered in the endzone by Bengals CB Leon Hall for a touchback.  There was a flag on the play however, a defensive offside, that caused this to be a no play, and moved the ball closer to the goal line.  The Cowboys then took 3 pass plays, that failed to get them into the endzone, and they had to settle for a field goal.  The Cowboys actually scored 3 FG's, which will please them no end, as their kicker is a big question for this year.

The Cowboys TD came as LB Brandon Sharpe took a INT back for a TD.  The Bengals TD came very late as QB Jordan Palmer (Carson's younger brother) found TE Darius Hill at the back of the endzone.

This was not a very exciting game to watch, but hey, FOOTBALLS BACK!!!!!
